Happy Valley Hospital
We see Aaron lying in his bed as a nurse pushes Kathy into his room
“You’re okay !’Aaron and Kathy both say at the same time then “I love you!as they both laugh with joy and Kathy and Aaron reach out and hug one another
“Where’s the doctor I saw in here before ?’asks Kathy
“He left through the other door!’’says Aaron pointing to the other door in his room
“And he said your okay now that you’ve woke up?’asks Kathy
“Well it seems i have some broken ribs and a broken leg!My skull was fractured but it’s healing!’explains Aaron
“But you’ll be okay you’ll get better?’asks Kathy urgently
“Kathy I’ll be okay !Will you? I mean your heart and then the baby!Ogh god Kathy we were parents oh god my boy my baby boy he’s gone!’says Aaron in great anguish tears in his eyes not dropping
“I’m sorry Aaron it was my fault if only I had taken bettercare of myself maybe our boy would have lived !I’m so sorry!cries Kathy through big anguished sobs
“Come here now Kathy Martin!demands Aaron opening his arms and taking her in them
“I’m only going to tell you this once!It was not your fault!I wasn’t there for you a nasty man kidnapped you stole you away and hurt you!He killed our babyif anyone was responsible not you!I know you love with fierceness ,any child would be lucky to have you as a mom.In the short time our son lived in you I’m sure he knew he was loved!We will always grieve our son but neither you or I killed him circumstances and an evil man stoled him from us!Understand so dry your eyes !We will remember our boy and even though he’s far from us on day w will see him again!’says Aaron comforting Kathy”do you forgive me for not being there for you for turning away from you and almost slepeing with Keisha?
“Aaron I admit I was angry an hurt that you would turn to her but I pushed you away!I accused you of rape I’m so sorry that I didn’t remember!I do now! I remeber the care you took to make it special I remember that you told me you’d love me forever!do you still?’begs Kathy
“I do love you Kathy! Until the day I die I love you Kathy Martin!’says Aaron hugging Kathy tight
“I love too Aaron McGillis until the day I die!’says Kathy
“Actually my real last name is Collins?’ says Aaron
“Is there a long story behind that statement Aaron Collins?’asks Kathy “whom I love!
“Well it’s like this!'says Aaron as Aaron tells Kathy about his mother breakdown her taking him from the foster home when he was 5 and changing his last name!
Just then a voice comes over the intercom speaker of the hospital
‘Caitlin are you here!It’s Dottie Martin!Caitlin if you are here in the hospital you don’t have to hide!You have Annie’s baby Scotty it’s not your baby!Your baby boy Aaron needs you in fact he’ just woke up and his asking for his mother!Come on Caitlin come and see your boy Aaron needs you!’Dottie says over the loudspeaker throughout the hospital as Cailtin hears this and realizes this baby she holds that is crying is not Aaron.
“What have I done? Caitlin says from in the linen closet where she had been hiding down the hall from Aaron’s room “I must go see my son! What have I done what did we do to my boy what did I do?’Who’s baby is this?’
Cailtin opens the door baby in hand walks down the hall and hands the baby to Tyler who is guarding Aaron’s room.she creeps past him quickly and says to Aaron
“Can you ever forgive me ?what did I do to you my baby?’throwing herself at Aaron’s feet
“Mother it’s okay I’m better now see!’says Aaron comforting his mother”but you must see you need help !you can’t go on this way !You almost killed me by accident but you did took a baby ,a newborn baby from it’s mother!You need help! Promise me you’ll get help mother if you truy love me get some help!’
“I will! I love you son! I’m sooo sorry I don’t know what wrong with me or how this happened!’ says Caitlin bewildered and confused
“I know mother!’ says Aaron
“She! What is she doing here? Cailtin says suddenly noticing Kathy in her wheelchair beside Aaron
“She is here because I love her and she loves me !’says Aaron fiercely protecting Kathy
“I loved someone once but they always leave you and betray you!’says caitlin quietly in her own world
“I know mother you have not been treated well! But Kathy loves me she treats me well she loves me despite my faults and she forgives me for waht I did to hurt her can you do any less than except my choice?’asks Aaron hoping the mother he know who is in ther ethat loves him will finally except Kathy
“Will you look after him while I get better?asks Cailtin of Kathy”he needs lots of attention and love!’
“I will I promise!’ says Kathy
“I’m ready to go Mr.Hubbard!’ says Cailtin as we see Jesse behind her ready to take her to Happy Valley Santitorim for assessment and possible criminal placement!Jesse gently puts cuffs on her leads her as if to go
“Will she be okay?’asks Aaron
“She’ll get the treatment she needs!’reassures Jesse”I doubt that she’ll see jail time only confinement until she’s better!’
“Good I love you mother get better!’says Aaron as they take Caitlin away
Flash to Annie’s new room that they’ve just returned her to after her surgery
Annie hears the cry of Scotty and looks for him still half under the rults of the anasthesiashe at first sees him in Ryan’s arms then she sees clearly that he is in Tyler’s arms .She smiles and hods out her arms to her baby tears in her eyes
“But how? ’asks Annie
“It’s Easter a day for miracles !All things are possible today!’says Tyler
How can I ever thank-you?’says Annie
“A kiss from the fair maiden and a thank-you to Dottie Martin who got her to give Scotty to me!’says Tyler
Annie kisses Tyler on the cheek as she gazes with true love at her son and Emma walks into this!
